Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add cream and bring to a light simmer.
  3. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  4. Toss in zucchini noodles, cooking for 2–3 minutes until just tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
