Ingredients:

  • 1 small chicken breast (4 oz), sliced
  • ½ cup zucchini, chopped
  • ½ cup bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place all ingredients on a foil sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Fold into a packet and bake for 25–30 mins.
  4. Open and enjoy a 250–300 calorie dinner!
