Ingredients:

  • 1 large ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp rendered bone marrow
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh thyme (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season steak generously with salt.
  2. Sear in cast iron on high, 3–4 mins per side (or to desired doneness).
  3. While resting, melt bone marrow and spoon over steak.
  4. Garnish with thyme if you’re feeling fancy. Eat with your hands if you’re not.
